MMI UPDATE URGENT HELP!!!

2005 a6 c6 platform..

Updating MMI from 1070 to the 3360. Everything has been smooth, unti l20 minutes ago... it seems stuck on the update at 31% progress on update 4/5...any idas and what do i do now? it has been on this screen for 20 minutes

So I backed out of the procedure and reattempted it...everything seems to be good now..I was able to complete it on the second try and all is great!
