Looks totaled to me but Im no professional. Arrgh.. Accidents sure suck ***. Sorry.. I assume everyone is not hurt which is a fortunate thing. I also assume u have insurance n u will be into something new soon. So that's something to look fwd to. u sticking w Audi? .. Keep us posted. What r u doing w the summer wheels? I wonder where the car will end up...sure would love some of the parts. .... About a year ago i heard a story about a guy who asked his ins rep for a quote to buy ithe banged up car back and they gave him a good price n he bought it n parted it out... Maybe it was jus crap talk? Anyone know anything better on that?

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. No injuries I hope. My SWAG is that you're looking at ~$15K+ for the body repair alone. If the engine and/or tranny is damamged by the rearward movement, then it could easily be double that. But your insurance company may decide to total it if the repair bill equals 80% or more of the market value.

I assume you took those photos which means you're physically fine. That's the important thing. You're right, I don't see how insurance company will elect to repair the car, especially when your frame is bent at the front. In my opinion, they will always walk away from a frame damage.
This reminds me of my first A6 when it was 2 months old. A Camry ran a red light and nailed my right rear. The insurance company couldn't believe there was no frame damage so they stripped the car to make sure before reparing it. They spent as much money on checking for damamged frame as reparing the original damage.
