On start/rough idle and a very suppressed drive when cold. Once she heats up - usually in around 10-15 minutes, she drives like a dream but up until that point, it's like she's not getting enough power at all. I think this is an electrical issue - perhaps carbon build up too. She has 127k km on the clock which isn't much. One mechanic I took her to suggests compression leakage but I'm not buying it. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. There is very little meaningful traffic on the new member board. You may want to post your question on the board for your car, which is the C6 board. With that said, is the car throwing any codes?
