Default My dealer won't do "any I-pod work"
I called my dealer today to ask about getting AMI for my car, and was told they don't do any I-Pod work on customers cars. I told her this was a factory accessory, but she re-affirmed the dealer's 'policy'. Has anyone else heard this? This came from University Audi, Seattle.

You can call AoA and see what they say, but dealers are free to refuse your business imho.

Not quite - they are obliged to meet their contract with Audi.

sure, but until then, the dealer is stuck with aftermarket stuff and is entitled to refuse the work.
