I'm new to the forum and am in the process of purchasing an A6. How flexible and easy to use is the Nav system? I'm use to a touch screen system an am wondering if this is a step backwards? Can you enter way points to control routing?
Thanks.
Thanks.

My system will completely ignore the shortest or the fastest route down a highway and insist on a detour of several miles, even over gravel roads!
As long as the rout is on a Audi approved road, I don't see any other way of explaining this strange behavior it works fine.

but overall, adequate. Just adequate. I think next time, I'll skip the nav and just buy a portable one. They are generally better, cheaper, and you can take them with you on trips elsewhere...

Its a big difference. I think it was Acuras nav will show 2 million points while audi nav shows 500,000 points.
Its not worth the money. Your better off with a Tom Tom Nav system for 400-600 dollars.
