Default Need some advise on the next car

Guys, need some advise. Our old timer A6Q (1997) is almost ready to get retired and planning to replace it ASAP. I already have a Q7 for the gang so plan is to get another A6 or five series for dad.Options are:

2007 S6 (CPO)
2011 A6 (C6 3.0T good price on clearance)
2012 A6 (C7)
2012 535i xdrive.

Kind of confused (very confused!). I like the S6, but it burns a bit more gas, and is not much faster than 3.0T A6 and a bit slower than new A6 on the paper. It is 2007 so I only left with the CPO warranty and have no idea how reliable it is going to be.
five series is another option too as we had like 6 Audi's so far and BMW gives us a different feel.
The good decision is to get the 2011 C6, A6 3.0T, The bad decision is to get the 07 S6 and the ugly one is to get the C7 A63.0T. I guess 535 is already out! so what should I do, Good, Bad or Ugly?

If you think the 2012 A6 is ugly, the first thing I'd do is go to a vision clinic.

I just called it Ugly so it goes with the rest! C7 Front is great, but that back end needs a redesign very soon on their face-lift. Looks like they ran out of time for the rear lights and just released the car.

Get an S5, which is faster than an S6 and the new A6. I don't like the design of the new A6. It's not ugly, but too techno-looking. If you want a sexy beast, you need the grace and elegance of an S5. Do you really need a 4-door sedan? I too wanted to get a 2011-2012 A6, but no way with the new design. Just not my type. The S5 is a really elegant beast.
