I don't know what the deal is....I'm trying to buy a new A6, and the leases on them are outrageous. Granted, I am pricing them with putting 20k miles on per year, but still.
The calculations I am doing do NOT equal what they are telling me. We are using a money factor of .0021, 36 months with a 51% residual on a purchase price of $55500 and $2500 down, sales tax of 5%. They're telling me mid $900's, but when I run the calculations I get mid $800's. Any idea what gives here???
Any help appreciated....
Chuck

Once my car arrived (4 months) the dealership was willing to give me some lease numbers (despite asking for them for months, admittedly knowing that the programs change, etc) based on 20k miles/yr, 36 month $0 down. Lease payment was 1105/month. +59000 msrp, approx 2200 discount. Have had numerous Porsche Audi VW products... that lease deal was crazy...could have gotten a 76K A8 swb or A8L with identical terms for about 75 dollars more per month... go figure.
