Here's a link to what I bought. Not sure if he has them for the newer models.

Since I've had this car, I have really missed the ability to stream audio via bluetooth from my iPhone (Spotify, iTunes, etc.) like I had in my previous A4. So, I've been on the lookout for an AMI unit. One popped up on ebay recently, so I snatched it up. I like this option over some of the aftermarket solutions. I guess I'm more of an OEM+ type of guy.

It looks like I'll be working on installing this soon.

Based on my research, I shouldn't have a need for the CD changer now that I've updated the MMI firmware. But I guess I can always swap it back if I do.

I also have one of these Viseeo Tune2Air dongles and an AMI iPod cable on the way as the final pieces of the puzzle. From the reviews I've read, it looks like the Tune2Air emulates a connect iPod/iPhone pretty well and allows full control via the MMI controls. I would have purchased the Audi dongle, but it's NLA from what I can tell.

Wish me luck. Any BTDT tips would be appreciated.

AMI setup is very easy if you're swapping out the CD changer for the new AMI box. I found it easiest to drop the entire glovebox out of the car and work on the exchange on a table where you can have better control of these valuable electronics and somewhat fragile plastic bits.

Btw, I've got the Audi bluetooth dongle, and while it's very convenient and sounds good overall, the one downside is that track info is not displayed. The music also skips at times when using it, which I find odd.

When you get everything set up with the Viseeo, would you let us all know if track info for both the native music app on your phone as well as apps like Pandora or Spotify show track info? Also, how is the sound quality with it? Thanks!

I hope to have the AMI/Tune2Air installed and these mounted up this weekend. Glad it's finally going to warm up a little.

Got them mounted today. 20x9 et35mm on 255/30-20.

Was a little nervous that they'd be too big, but I'm pleased with them.

The AMI is in too. It took me longer to find my radio tools than it took to install. The Tune2Air is sitting on my desk at work. Have to wait until Monday to test that out.

Had a couple of setbacks with the AMI over the weekend.

First, the cheap cable I bought from Amazon did not work. Not sure if it was faulty or a compatibility issue. Ran to the dealer and they let me borrow one of their cables before buying one. Was happy that it worked, but I hated paying their price for it.

Second, the Tune2Air adapter I received was the wrong version. Now I have to send it off and wait for a replacement.

I was unaware that there was more than one version of the Tune2Air. What did you receive?

I received a WMA2000 that has a USB connection rather than the WMA1000 that simulates an iPod. It may have worked if I had the USB AMI cable.
