Default New Tires

About that time to get new tires. I currently have Pirelli P6 245/45/R17. Looking for a good all season tire. I was very happy with them is winter. Anyone got any other recommendations?

I found the chart below quite helpful. I went with the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position. I should be able to post my thoughts on them tomorrow evening or Monday.

Called around and would prefer to get tires from a shop that offers services like Les Schwab or Discount Tire. They gave me a few prices and options for 245/45/17 Federall SS for 498.63 and Flocon (sp) for 545.00. That includes mounting balancing and getting rid of the old tires. Along with lifetime rotation and protection from nails and such. Not sure if anyone has any experience. Forgive the misspelling of the tires but it was all over the phone.

I wasn't suggesting buying them from TR. I was just showing some info on tires. Those prices sound really "good" I guess. Not sure about those tires however.

Didn't think you were at all. And yes the biggest question is how they will hold up. I was happy with the Prille P6, they lasted 50k and I could probably get more out of them but have noticed that the ride has been getting a little more ruff lately. When I looked online at reviews for my current tires they weren't that good, which surprised me since they have been good to me. I appreicate any help and feed back.

Thanks
