No sound from front speakers (C6 A6, 2G MMI High)

No sound from front speakers (C6 A6, 2G MMI High)
Today when I started the car at work (on my way home) I heard a pop from the front driver speaker and right after I was getting no sound from any of the front speakers (left or right door).
Sound from rear speakers is still OK.
I reset the MMI a few times and checked the amp fuse. The fuse looked perfectly fine.
When I open any of the doors or the rear hatch I also hear the pop from the speaker, and also when I turn on the radio.
Any ideas what it could be?

i would still take it to the dealership to have them note it in the records, while your still under warrenty perhaps they will replace the module
