^and yes, same width/offset/concavity front and rear... here's a pic for reference.

20x9 ET45 with 265/30... Don't forget that the S adn RS versions have wider sheet metal and you can't use them for comparison. Also you can not roll the rear, there's nothing to roll. IMO the only way those wheels will work is with 235s and/or a lot of negative camber. Even without lowering the car you're going to be close to damaging sheet metal on big dips.

Posts can easily be interpreted badly so I'll say that I'm not being argumentative but just want to state where my head is at.

I've gone this far and plan to keep them or at least try them out. Going to buy n mount tires soon. I'll know after a few days of normal driving what I have n what to do then.

I prob will have some min neg camber dialed in but will decide at mounting time. Past tire tread wear says I tend to corner hard anyway n this will help w that too.

Not splitting hairs but just want to point out a few things to keep any future posts on track.

RS6 fenders flare more true..but my 4.2 fenders pretty sure is same as S6. Since That pic is a normal body a6c6 not S6 my 4.2 is same. I am comfortable using that as a comparison ... All your cars r lowered so I am less comfortable using your cars as a comparison bc that just gets me to a "NO the ET doesn't work answer"

Tbmk that pic car is still lowered w 9 wide ET 36 and prob rubs..I'm going not lowered 8.5 wide ET 33. I'll have more inside clearance bc I'm not lowered n less wide but I'm out 3mm more. If I'm going to rub ill rub if it was ET 36 or ET 33.

I really do love how all of your cars look but I'm doing some thing diff.. I'm going out but not low n under. I don't plan to lower or roll the fenders.

We r getting snow tonight so need to keep my current all season set up for a bit longer. Will have detailed pics quickly after install and full feedback on ride week after that

Wrong. The S6 has the exact same sheetmetal as the A6- only the RS6 differs. The RS6 also has completely different offsets than its lesser brethren.

A local kid is running the same wheels I have; MRR HR4 wheels @ 20x9 ET35 w/ 235/30/20 on a lowered car with few problems:

I ran those same wheels at a much lower ridehight with no issues:

Wow...New to this...all the rides look sweet....great to see...learning alot in a short time. I just put on 255/30/20 Hankook V12 on a set of Vossen 083 20x9 all around. Now I am thinking about lowering 1" with either eibach or H&R springs. So far I am leaning to the eibachs as I do not want to be too aggressive. Will post pics soon.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks.
