2009 A6 Avant with year end discounts with old MMI versus 2010 A4 Avant with new MMI. Also, is cargo room of A6 avant significantly bigger than new A4 Avant?

Do you mean the old MMI being 2G and the new MMI being 3G? Go for the 3G in my opinion.

A6 storage compartment: 1,941mm long x 1,050mm wide
A4 storage compartment: 1,027mm long x 1,000mm wide

I would choose the luxury A6 Avant. MMI is a minor thing to consider.

In my opinion, the MMI is the last thing I would be concered with, as the diff is minor. Drive both and decide as they're 2 diff platforms, though the A6 definitely feels much roomier on the inside. Not sure abot cargo space. You will be happy with either MMI so don't worry about that too much.

A6 is quite a bit larger than the A4 --both in cargo and in rear seat and general inteior room (shoulder foe example). Depends on your needs?.. need rear pasenger use at all or frequently ? -- I love the A6 avant -- on my second -- provides pick-up truck utility with road handling of a Euro road car...and good economy at the same time -- think they are very underrated here in US -- many more in europe vs seday for example ..my 2 cents nly.

A6 all the way so long as the A6 is got a few options like the trip computer, HID headlights, memory seats.

It's like comparing MB E class with C class... A6 is a full size executive wagon, that looks amazing...(and if u add two/three thing cosmetically, will be phenomenal long range bomber)!

A4, is an intermediate utility wagon, bought by people in Europe strictly for the economical reasons and haul shhtuff... A6 is ALSO bought to move things nut more for AESTHETIC reasons!

Year doesn't matter (you buy "a car", not "a year"). 3G is a toy and thing that shows u the map in 3D, that's all.

I was searching for A6 Avant (wagon) in the US but they were not avail 2 years ago, so I had to import regular A6....(well, I still love it)..
