Did you get the heat working on it? If so can you let me know which OEM part number it was? I have a heated wheel but that option removed the paddles.

I mean my current wheel has radio buttons and heated, but no paddle shifters. I want to get them!

To turn on the heat for the wheel, it’s just a small button on the rear of the bottom spoke on the wheel itself

I added a heated wheel to my 2008 A6 and if I remember the research correctly there was no option from Audi for a heated wheel with the paddle shifters. As it was I had to procure a new steering wheel module as well as the proper clockspring to get the heat to work. Actually, I just checked 7ZAP and they do show a four spoke wheel with paddle shifters and heat. I also notice that the switches look as though they could be added after the fact. Here's a link

did you have to change the module on the steering column or just the clockspring to get the heat to work? there are 4-spoke heated wheels with paddle shifters, just no 3 spoke heated wheels with paddle shifters fwiw.
