I read your post on the leather seats and I think we use the same dealer (HBL?).

My drivers seat has a 4" long split on the outside and I was wondering how you made out.

I stopped using HBL, I felt like they try to rush you through and not listen to what the problem is.
I met with the service manager at Audi of Alexandria, they noted the split in the seat and said that to cover this I would need to see the regional Audi manager and we are trying to work out our schedules.
They didn't promise anything but I can't see them not replacing the seat.

If you go to HBL please let me know how you make out there, it would be nice to hear if you are succesful.

I too have a 4" or so tear in the leather on the thigh bolster. I haven't addressed it with my dealer yet, so I'm hoping you all fare well so I can use that as an example.
