The AC blows cold to the drivers side outside and left middle vent, but it does not get cold on the passenger outside and middle right vent. I don't think this is heater core valve related because this occurs within the first few minutes of starting the car before the coolant is even warm. Seems like the passenger side is blowing ambient air. Also can hear an electrical motor cycling every few minutes on the passenger side when I set the temp to LO. Maybe a damper is stuck? Has anybody changed a temp sensor and where is it located?
