are those 17's or 18's? I feel like the best look on this car is 19's since the wheel wells are so big.
Who is running 19's on here, can you comment on handling? I would think they would be very, very harsh on rough roads but maybe someone has had a good experience with 19's?

Looks great, but I have to take the bumps very easy. I'm running 245/35/19s to stay true to the speedo (and tires were cheaper). I drive new 5 series every day at work and they ride 10x than my C6!

spring rates are obviously optimized for this. Would be a whole different thing to pull 17's off of a 3.2 A6 and stick 19's on - some people will be OK with it, others.......

My ride has actually improved due to the loss of weight - about 10 lbs per wheel.
Since Force = Mass x Acceleration (I think), if acceleration (ie the speed at which the wheel moves just after hitting a bump) and mass is reduced, there is less force acting on the chassis. I can confirm that from the practical experiment of driving my car, and the ride is smoother.
