Default Possible CVT gerabox problem on A6 2006

OK, this is gonna be a difficult one to explain.
My car is an A6 Avant 2006, 2.4 engine with CVT gearbox with 175.000 km (110.000 miles).

A few months ago I started to feel a weird thing while accelerating, it is like a jolt that happens usually between 1500 and 3000 rpm, it doesn't happens always, just sometimes specially when the foot is heavier on the throttle, it is like the gear slips or something... not sure.
When I`m accelerating until 3000 rpms for example and suddenly take the foot out of the throttle, the rpm goes down and I fell the jolt again.

If I put the gear on P or N and accelerate, the rpms go up with no problem, very smooth, that is why I think it is the gearbox or at least transmission related.
Weird thing: it happens much more when the car is hot. This morning I drove for 30 minutes, the first 20 minutes without a problem, the last 10 I felt the problem. Also, I leave my car out in the sun the whole day, when I`m driving back home the problem happens much faster, within 5 minutes or less, so the heat is influencing this.

Any idea on what can be the problem ? Apparently it is getting more often every day.
As far as I know this car never had the gearbox oil changed, can this be related ?
