Default Problems w/ removing front bolts when lowering a6 4.2???

I have a shop working on my 07 c6. Bought h&r springs and only have the back installed right now. Apparently, these guys said there was a bolt in the front under the struts that the couldn't get out. Said that they would possibly break it if they did and wanted to get back up bolts from Audi before they performed it. Idk if there talking about the ones in the control arms or not. Has anyone had this problem? Im driving around now with a little bit of negative camber in the rear... the back of the car has h&r's and the front has the stock set up. looks really stupid too. Part may not be in till Wednesday and I go out of town Thursday.

Sounds like the pinch bolt on the upright that holds the upper control arms into the upright. These can be difficult to remove. PB Blaster, heat and a punch along with a big hammer does the trick. These are typically a one time use bolt and will be pretty beat up once they are removed.

I'm not sure if these are them but the online dealer I bought my OEM springs from recommended I buy these. She told me they shouldn't be used more than once.
