I need help from someone with access to etka or other audi parts catalog.

Another 5 bar, ok this makes sense, higher fuel pressure, more fuel, needed for the much higher RPM, but seems minuscule, less than 4.5%.



Can someone tell me if the injectors are different part #s between 2 engines. Anyone know flow rates?

S6 Valve stem diameter .015mm larger on intake valve, .010mm larger on exhaust valve than R8.



I don't think stem diameter affects flow or power, it's valve heads. Correct me if I'm wrong guys.



I wonder about materials, since the R8 revs harder, it puts stress on valve train. Are titanium valves used on R8? How about S6?

Crankshaft is definitely diff. on 2 cars, to allow higher rpms.

I have to beleive camshafts are different due to operating range. Anybody know where to get the Cam specs?

Default Pistons, rings, rods, bearings all the same....

crankshaft, different, maybe valve materials, and camshaft materials...

Still checking on injectors....

Primarily the way they get more power is revving the motor higher, and ensuring that there is enough air and fuel for increased rpm, and a couple parts that have increased load on high rpm can take it....

No need to rev that high if using a supercharger.....
