You can see my Blinder Extremes at this site http://gallery.me.com/teabagger#100006

I use the 9500 in the S6 hardwired via the power in the rear view mirror...I have the V1 in my F-250 Tow rig for my race car...it's definitely more sensitive.

Default Calibre k40

Had the Calibre k40 installed when I purchased the A6, added laser diffuser for added protection after I got pulled over by laser. No problems since. Not sure anyone here is willing to drop $2k on a radar, though.

I've had a K40 (not the Calibre version) on my previous two vehicles (Infiniti FX35 and Lexus IS300). I bought both kits off eBay for $350 each and installed them myself. I had the pod systems (led lights and piezo speaker pod alert systems) and installed the pods in the instrument clusters of the previous cars. Great hidden and built in system. I still have it and will be installing it on my A6 sometime soon. Just have to figure out where to put the pods.

I have heard that it runs about $1-2k if professionally installed though.

The led's are under the top lip of the dash board. The speaker, well, I have no idea, the service tech did a fine job of making it disappear. I'll check it in a few to see where he put it. The wireless remote is glued onto the top left corner of the tray under the armrest (not inside the armrest), a little odd there when I have to change the settings but I rarely do, and it's nice to know it won't get accidentally pressed or lost.
