Default Radiator hose leak!

I was changing the oil today on my wives A6, looked up and noticed the corrosion in the pictures below.

I took 2 pics from the top and one from the bottom.

I'm a little at a loss as the reservoir tank is only a little below the minimum line.

Any suggestions for me? I know it's a little vague, sorry. I'm not sure what the hose is attached to at the top where it's leaking.

Now it is hard to tell but, it looks like that hose is connected either from the WP to the rad or t-state to the rad. That's my 2 cents. Motors are really tight in this set up, I have to change my belt, but just looking at it screams headache. It looks like the fans have to come out and maybe the rad in order to change the belt, but then again, I'm no Audi tech, might be a trick in getting to it. Now if you had a BMW with an M62 motor and you had coolant disappearing, but everything was tight, I'd direct you over the the Valley pan gasket.
