Anyone know of a way to enable/display RDS info in either the MMI or HUD when listening to FM Radio?
My allroad - and A4 before it - both had this feature, whereby when listening to a radio station that supported it, various bits of relevant info would be displayed/scroll, as was part of the broadcast signal.
The radio stations could embed whatever they wanted, but most common was call sign, current artist, current track (rotating).
Wondering if there's a way to enable same within the MMI & HUD, so that it's constantly updating when songs change, etc?

yea, looked more closely, appears I had two issues:
(1) didn't have the MMI Setting correct, and
(2) was expecting a somewhat fuller experience given the capabilities of the MMI (esp as compared to the Sirius, AMI information that's available/presented).
I've fixed #1...and adjusted my expectations for #2

On mine, if the FM station has RDS, it will show the first few characters intermittently. It switches between the name of the station and what it is playing. It does not scroll.
The Sirius radio has better info - it has three lines of info - the station name, the author and item being played. It doesn't scroll for long lines and shows 20 or 25 characters only.
Overall, I find the FM info quite useless and Sirius marginally beneficial.
