Anyone know how to reset the navigation trunk unit so I can open it? (Won't Eject)

Dealer who I brought the car from just bought me another disc because they believed someone stole the previous one, but when I was attempting to put in the new disc they bought me it sounds as if the original is just stuck in there (I THINK) because I hear something loading then it just stops. (Unit lights up and shows the blinking lights to eject but it will not eject or take the new DVD)

Protection/Travel mode is enabled on the drive .. You need VAGCOM to disable it .. the dealer should be able to do this for free or some charge a small fee.

Thanks for your help guys. Vehicle is under warranty 49,800k so i'll bring it in to get fixed for free before I hit 50k.
so how exactly do these TSB's things work? I'f my vehicle is out of factory warranty and there is a TSB will work be fixed for free or is there still a fee?

In warranty TSB work is free. You pay for out of warranty TSB work.
