Hello.

I am wondering if I can retrofit seat memory option on my 2008 A6 3.2Q?

The reason is I really need passenger mirror tilting down when reversing and my A6 does not have seat memory option.

I know that this function is supported via seat memory option. And I only need to add seat memory function on driver's side and don't want to put seat memory switch on passenger's side to save money and time.

Fortunately, the dealer will take driver's door trim apart to change the speaker under warranty. I think it would be a great chance to add or change parts for this retrofit.

Is it possible? Do you have any information?

I'm sure it can be done. But if you're already heading for the dealer anyways, why not ask them?

I already asked them, however they explained that they never provide any retrofit.

Hence, I am trying to install related parts for seat memory function when they change the speakers.

Ah well in that case....I do believe that all the trunk wires are there you just need to connect the module. Should be doable.

Unfourtunately my car came stock with everything. So I really have no clue what the part number is. Sorry.
