S6 Coolant Hose Y Pipe Connector -- Need to find

While replacing my sparkplugs, I moved the overflow reservoir and just moving it a little caused this y connector to break instantly.
Called the dealer for this part and they said I have to replace the entire hose assembly for $150,which is insane since this piece isn't anything special.
I went to autozone/o'reilly but neither had Y connectors that were big enough, as a stop gap, Installed a 3 way T connector until I could get a replacement piece.
I have included a picture of my part, the key is where the missing piece is, the other picture is off the 55K DIY service post from a 3.2, and although the coolant tank is on the drivers side and the hose is longer, it looks like the exact same Y connector.
Any help finding this part would be greatly appreciated would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I broke mine too when I was replacing the bottle. Luckily I was doing at my friends shop (cts turbo) and I went through his bin full of hose connector and found a brass "Y" connector that was the right size for the hose. Don't know where it came from but worked for me.

Thanks for the replies, I wonder where I could source a brass/plastic connector. I wonder the importance of the y vs T for the expansion tank, as I have it set up currently. $65 is cheaper but it seems like an awfully expensive piece of plastic. I contacted the manufacturer of the part directly, and hopefully they will be able to source something for me.
Cheers

For the price they are asking for the plastic part, i would just make it out of brass as long as the hoses do not kink.
In general if a T/Y breaks, I replace it with brass and have never had to deal with that again. plastic gets brittle with time.
If you can't find the part, let me know, I'm pretty sure I have one of those in my garage and you can have it.

It's 6mm or 1/4" inner diameter. Here are replacements:

Don't forget to connect the sensor plug on reassembly.
