what's the maintenance history?
how much is the $$?
are there any issues?
have you done a PPI?
are you planning on maintaining it yourself or through an indy?
are you prepared to put aside at least $300/month for maintenance?

You mentioned nothing of price as well.
You better get a good price as it is over the magical 100k mark. I prefer to buy below 100k so I can be sure that the necessary semi-major maintenance gets done before too much on the clock.
I just bought an 07 S-line Avant with 85k (technology and convenience) listed at $19k for $17k if that helps.
I plan to change the oil with 2k miles (even though it looks good), and the Tranny fluid within 15k (I always do this to my cars; lifetime fluid my ***!). Then a new set of coil packs and new plugs before I hit 120k.
