Default Smoked Tail lights?

I have been debating on smoking the tail lights on my '06 A6. It is silver with tinted windows; I wonder if it would look good or "cheapen" the look of the car. Any insight or pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Personally, I don't think the A6 is the right car for smoked out tail lights.

I appreciate the feed back...I am leaning towards not doing; however, I'm 24 and a part of me thinks it may look "cool." Although, I think that part is fading now!

Default I have a silver a6 (2005 C6) too and I am considering taillight headlight tints also.

Here is some pics of a white A6 i think these are 20%. I was looking for a lesser % maybe 35 or 50 and just over the red on tail light... leaving the clear part of tail light. I too do not want to "cheapen" the car. Im thinking i will like it but am focusing on other projects 1st.

I agree, leaving the white part of the tail light is a must if you're going to do it. ENC, your car looks really nice, I'm just afraid mine won't look as clean because it's silver and not black.

Yea, headlights were left alone.

Tint was around 50 bucks from Lamin-X.com and you have a small choice of how dark/ color
