Hi guys,

I bought a 2006 Audi A6 S-line 5 months ago and the steering is ULTRA sensitive, to the point where its sometimes difficult to handle in the freeway...

I read a post saying that the steering power assist on S-line cars is 3/10 and regular cars is 6/10...I suspect if this is the case that mine is north of 8/10 (probably due to the previous owner)...

Anyone know if I can have my dealer decrease the steering power assist?

Do you think it can be done via the VAG-COM for a MY06?? I have read that an A3 owner has done it but have any C6 owners done it?

fine tuning and incrementally adjusting the boost...removing the relay switch seems to be an option if I get around to opening up the dash area...

Does anyone out there with VAG-COM know of any steering settings?

Such mod not possible for C6, as assistance is directly controlled by convenience module.
