Default TCM Removal

I have a 2008 A6 4.3l Quattro S-Line I have no crank, can’t shift out of park, parking brake malfunction flashing and ESP Fault showing on dash. Scanned it and four code P1653 and no communication with TCM. I pulled connector for PCM and found it’s burnt on female and the male pins. Does anyone know how to remove it so I can fix it? Thanks

To pull that plug out, you'll have to drop your tranny pan. Then pull that metal U clip in the pic, and pull the connector from the inside. That plug is going to the valvebody of the tranny (metatronic or whatever Audi calls it)

...BUT... why did those wires overheat? Too much current draw along that circuit?? Id try to figure out why that happened. Not a normal thing, maybe something inside the valvebody shorted out?? Or as simple as crap wires that touched each other?
