Theft Recovery Device?

Does the 2006 A6 have a factory theft device recovery system? I think my car has a sticker that says it does but my insurance needs proof via the window sticker or invoice...neither of which I have as I bought it used.

Immobilizer chip in the key fob, no factory "recovery system."
