IS there a difference between bose sound system and the standard sound system?

Here's the deal with Bose..
If you don't get it, you'll wish you did when you hear the stock system;
If you do get it, you'll wish you hadn't as you won't think it's worth the premium.
My .02, I like it because of the surround sound. Other poster is right in that you will not get heavy bass from the Bose. I do think it is a few notches better than my BMW logic 7 system with subwoofers.
It should also be noted that upgrading the sound system after the fact is a lot more difficult and costly than in 1999 Honda Accord where you swap out the head unit and add a sub.
BTW Bose home system is great if you have significant hearing loss and won't notice if all of the midrange frequency is missing.

In the door itself - there is a small 10Liter channel with subwoofer.
