First let me say I love my car and, my dealer, McDaniels Audi, is terrific. But all they can do is appologize. My car has been in for little things. MMI went blank, lights under seat went out. Starter button sometimes doesnt work, trunk sometimes doesnt lock.
Three times now, air bag light comes on. EAch time the dealer keeps car for a couple days and airbag light goes off for a month or so. One time dealer replaced sensor under passenger seat which means taking the leather off the seat. Another time a sensor was reprogramed. Now my car is sitting apart for now 5 days because the dealer cant get Audi to get the part to them. They do not even respond to the dealer to say it is back ordered, being manufactured or anything else.
My last 5 cars have been BMW's. Still my wife drives one and my son drives one. I like Audi's better but I like BMW's customer support better. In fact, I have owned 3 Acuras and 1 Lexus and I like their support better too. In fact we have owned 3 GMC Yukons and I like GMC Customer support better too.
I still love my A6 but I wish they had better customer support.

Audi had my car for two weeks because the MMI went blank. Very frustrating.
