Default Transmission Fluid Flush - any opinions on doing it? Tried search function...

didn't find too much. I have 82k miles on my 05 and curious whether i should replace the trans fluid. TIA

I have a vague recollection of it being expensive and difficult...not that helpful I know, sry.

it's not meant to be iirc. that's why there's no stick for it.

Default I wish they offered the ZF service available in Germany here in the US.

I recall a post a little while back about someone having a service done at ZF in Germany on their BMW and restored it to like new condition.

top shape since i'm planning on being buried in it...

mine said "around $300, done it plenty of times"...I suspect it was on C5s, but that's probably fine
