Trunk won't open!!

My trunk won't open. Nothing works unless I manually open with key. Button not working , I can't open it even by hand. Please help, can you tell me what should i do first. sorry for bad english I hope you understand my problem.

You may have the car in valet mode.

I'm from Europe so my car doesn't have valet mode. Can it be some fuse or electric motor?

The contact inside your trunk handle is jammed. Open it carefully and you will be able to fix it, it is very simple.

I'll try that. If I can fix it then no problem, but if it's not jammed trunk handle what should I do?
I'm sorry I did not say before, my friend closed the trunk really hard and I did not noticed immediately. I noticed day after.
