Hey there J.Patterson...yes, I did turn the ESP off and it is having the same exact tremble at full lock...I have read on MANY forums that Quattro Audi's have been experiencing this issue for years...I just dont want to leave the car at the dealer too much as they fix one thing and break 10 other things...

Ye, I guess you are right...but why the hell do I have to negate the darn dealer's theory!!! LoL...what a dilemma!

I have the same issue.
I had it with my 2004 A4 that I traded in for my 2005 A6 and my A6 also has the same issue.
I just live with it since there are not many times that I acually have to turn the steering wheel right to the end.
My assumption is that it is because of the quattro.
Anybody has a better suggestion?

It binds as the wheels are turning at different rates. If you make the turn and back off of the sharpness of the turn vibrations will go away.

I turn ASR/ESP before I release the Parking Bake, unless it's very wet & then leave the ESP on, but still no ASR until it snows, if it snows....Mine grinds too at slow (garage) speeds especially in reverse.
