Unlocked MMI Hidden menu, lost clock settings
I have a 2010 which I purchased in Jan. I finally got around to MMI modes a couple of weeks ago. I did what seems to be the standard changes
After all that was done I found that the clock was blank in the MMI screen, just shows [--|--] at start up, and the menu option to change time has disapeared from the car->setup->time screen. Anyone else run into this, is there a fix?
- Enable MMI hidden menus
- Battery Meter
- Lap Timer
- VIM
- allow A2DP Receiver

I've done the same mods in my 2010 - but my clock is still working - there's about 3 different menus related to clock in the hidden MMI - let me know your values ill double check mine and see if they coincide

Long shot
Take a look at channel 19 on module 17.
If you are in Europe the vehicle can sync the time over the air, but that feature does not work in the North America.
Not sure what your location is, but have a look here.

Deactivating radio clock mode:
If the radio clock is deactivated via adaption channel 19 (synchronisation time 0), the radio clock icon on the dash panel insert display is cleared and the supply to the radio clock receiver is cut until the next activation by way of the adaption.
Important: If the radio clock is not set in the adaption, the "Radio clock"option is not shown on the MMI menu (A4,A5,A6,Q5,Q7,A8) or onboard computer menu (A3,TT,R8) as appropriate. The time runs in normal clock mode.

My only suggestion would be to undo all the changes and put the coding back to what you logged/wrote down before starting and see if the problem goes away.
I also wouldn't hesitate to contact Ross-Tech to check if they have seen this before.
