Be aware that, unless they've changed, Audi/VW bank does not completely transfer responsibility. So both you and the new lessee remain on the contract.

I transferred a lease through Swapalease and was quite happy with their service. The overall experience is a lot more dependent on your own leasing company, as some are more difficult to deal with than others.

Once you find a buyer, you work directly with your leasing company and the site has nothing to do with the transfer.
Leasetrader.com and Swapalease.com are probably the larger lease takeover sites. I've used both of them for lease transfers.
You may want to ask Audi Financial if they would be willing to release you if you get someone with impeccable credit.
