I found the answer, FYI, Quoted from another post

the fronts have 321mm for (3.2L) and 347mm for 4.2L engine

the rears have 302mm for 3.2L engines and 330mm for 4.2L engines

FYI, there is no difference in front brake pads between 3.2 and 4.2. The rotor size might be different but they both use the same calipers. For the rear, if you have vented discs (330mm) then you have bigger calipers.

By the way, the 3.0T has bigger brake pads in the rear.

In 2005 the fronts were different on the 3.2 and the 4.2. The earlier post is correct.

Thanks for the clarification because I was thinking if I could just add the 4.2 front pads/rotors in my 05 3.2. If I need to add new calipers as well then no thanks.

Several shops, including Rockauto.com, all have 2005 4.2 and 3.2 having the same size front pads. They do have different size rotors, like my 2009 and 2006 had different rotors, but they both use the same size front pads.

When you say Audi, are you talking about the Audi part websites? If so, yes, I would trust others more. I ordered a pair of wipers from genuineaudi.com and they charged different price for the left and right. They are both the same.

My bad. I was talking rotor sizes. Not pads.
