Default Here's a link to Clair parts. I believe its the Receiver pack in the trunk and perhaps some MMI ...

coding. The dealer should be able to give you the details.<ul><li><a href="http://www.clairparts.com/accessories4.asp?product_id=2359&amp;PDID=195789"> http://www.clairparts.com/accessories4.asp?product_id=2359&amp;PDID=195789</a</li></ul>

Default XM sucks!

XM would not be as widely distributed if GM was not a shareholder and installed XM exclusively in all their vehicles.

Sirius is a much better company. Putting Mel Karmazin at the top was a stroke of genius.

Default What specifically "sucks" about XM?

Frankly, my wife has XM and I have Sirius. Listening mostly to music, playlist on XM is far deeper than on Sirius - especially on Broadway, Classical Pops, Classical, and Pure Jazz (these being the Sirius names for the channels to which I listen most).

Details please.

Default Don't listen to him and trade receivers with me! ;-)

I actually love XM and had an aftermarket XM receiver in my A4. I am just a huge Howard Stern fan and want to be prepared for his move to Sirius in January.

Default Not sure that "sucks" is a fair assessment

Had Sirius in my previous Audi and now have XM. The switch to XM was more because the new car came with it and dealer wasn't interesting is swapping the XM module for a Sirius module. However, I'm happy with XM. In the Chicago area no issues with reception (also had none with Sirius). XM channel format is on par with Sirius. Sirius seems more focused on providing big format entertainment. Meaning NFL, Howard Stern, etc.. XM seems more focused on music. Obviously the marketplace can handle both companies and more importantly they are making FM station really re-think their strategy and hopefully improve their formats also.

Also being a Cubs fan I like that XM has all the MLB games.
