I found the following on utube, but it's for a B7. My suspicion is that it'll most likely be the same for the C6. I actually did this for my old C5 many years and you will need a press, amongst all the other tools for removal.

The front wheel bearing is bolted to the wheel bearing housing. Per the Bentley Repair Manual, you have to disconnect the two upper control arms, and remove the axle to R&R the wheel bearing. To remove the hub from the bearing, you have to press it out.

I believe that you can also purchase the entire wheel bearing housing with a new bearing from Audi to avoid the need to press out the old bearing and press in the new one. I am not sure of the cost difference but having pressed out a number of wheel bearings in my life it may be worth the cost. It can take a 20 ton press to remove a wheel bearing.

That's what AUDI just did for mine covered under CPO. They replaced both uprights left and right side with new ones that included new wheel bearing's. They could't get the pinch bolts out to replace the upper control arms under warranty. The Ser. Adv. said they were not cheap.
