My main question is if they can be mounted on the car and if whether different rotors are needed.

Looking at a set so just want to make sure before I pull the trigger. TIA

Talked to some Audi shops. Was told that my C6 S6 Calipers are better than C5 RS6. Guess that answers that question.

Really? That is very counterintuitive. But ok. Unless you go the carboncermaic route, then all bets are off. LOL

I agree. But from what I was told the C5 RS6 has 365 mm rotors and is lighter than C6 S6 that has 385 mm rotors. The current S6 being heavier with larger rotors may have created the need for stronger brakes...? I don't know.

Try out the StopTechs. Have them on for a week, and loving it.

Even the C6 RS6 discs (which can fit with adaptors) don't provide as much stopping power, and are heavier than the StopTechs. Short of the ceramics, the discs I have are pretty light.
