Raises and lowers the car by 2-3 inches.
In "Dynamic" mode the car is all the way down and also gives you a stiffer ride.
"Lift" is all the way up (5.7") and will only work as long as you are below 22mph. To clear rough terrain or snow.
There is "Automatic" that will vary with your speed and road condition and then there is "Standard" that will stay about 1.5" higher than Dynamic.
