Default Zero satellites received in the NAV-INFO

I just drove my wife's A6 and the NAV says zero satellites received when the NAV-INFO button is pressed. Has anyone experienced this? I know this used to show 7 or more sats last time I drove the car. I let it sit for 10+ minutes and it still did not pick up any sats. Do I need to reset it somehow?

Thanks

Default Never happened

But was the navigation system otherwise working? If not, maybe an antenna or receiver problem. You could try an MMI reboot

Default Yes, the NAV is working fine otherwise. How do I do an MMI reboot?

Thanks

Default To Reboot

Hit these 3 buttons simultaneously-

Setup
MMI ****
Upper Right Soft Key

It's somewhere in the owners manual as well, in case this isn't the right sequence, but I think it is
