That would be, but where you are located should dictate the need for a set of dedicated winter tires. Nothing beats the true winter tires though, doesn't matter how good those all seasons are.....

PLUS...in colder climates like ours up here, and if you have polished alum or alloy wheels like my factory 20" ones, its not recommended to be using those in wintry conditions, esp with all that nasty salt and sand they use on the roads. It's going to eat into these uncoated(unpainted) wheel surfaces and you'll find pittings after a couple years since we don't wash n rinse the grime off enough during winter months. That's the reason I'm going with a set of dedicated 18" winter setup. And agreeing with AQUARIAN here, no all seasons, no matter how good beats a set of true winter tires, for northern climates like ours, of course.

I live in Florida, so I didn't think twice about summer tires. I bought a Prestige with the 20" wheels. They look and handle great. I've heard that the ride is a bit smoother with the 19" tires, but I couldn't say from actual experience. At any rate, the ride seems fine to me. The only way we'll get a significantly better ride is when Audi switches to the air suspension on the A7. I imagine that's coming to the US soon.
On the air suspension, I for one am not a fan of them, they tend to get very expensive if they fail.
