Default A7 2.8FSI or 3.0TFSI

Hello

I am really in a dilemma right now I am going to order A7 in the next 2 weeks and I am facing 2 options right now

1- A7 2.8FSI (yeah we have it here in Saudi Arabia) that is fully loaded with S line exterior, Adaptive cruise control, lane change assist, Front and rear camera, HUD, Adaptive air suspension, Comfort seats (Valcona Leather) with ventilation.
or
2- A7 3.0TFSI while dropping the ACC, Adaptive air suspension, ventilated seats and the seats will have milano leather.

In general all my driving is in a heavy traffic city so I don't know dropping these options for more power worth it or not ?

Thanks

I would go with the 2.8FSI. The adaptive cruise control and comfort seats would be handy.

Default If you can live with 150kW...

In terms of horsepower, its the difference between 204 and 310. The additional tech stuff makes it an interesting debate, but that is a big variance in output.

Thank you all

What about the air suspension does it have protection effect on the car when taking a road bump or on a dirt road?

The engine size will make little difference if all you do is stop and go city traffic, but the seat and suspension items will make your ride more comfortable. Go with the 2.8FSI.

Are these the only 2 options? Can you custom order an A7 to get the exact configuration you want?

I would suggest you test drive both if possible and see which car you like best.

In the US I would never consider an A7 if it only had 204HP because the engine is a huge part of the driving dynamic. If the traffic in Saudi Arabia is mostly city driving this may not be an important factor for you.

Goo luck with your decision.

The 4 cylinder has plenty of pick up and go, even in a vehicle as heavy as the A7. Better MPG is a perk. I have "downgraded" from a 450 HP V10 in the S8 to the supercharged V6 in the A7. I would rather have the technology over the power....

If the air suspension is similar to that in the D3 A8/S8, it doesn't really make a big difference in ride quality in my opinion.

Thank you :-)

I can customize everything but I can only test 3.0TFSI the base model.

The driving here is mostly stop and go traffic so I think comfort is more important player here :-)

The 2.8 engine is old 6v engine the same one was on the C6 after the facelift I think.

The problem is there is no way to test the air suspension so I just relay on the expert opinion here :-)
