Default A7 - 22x9 w/ 265/30/22 Falken FK452

For you guys looking mod... I just got my rims installed - They're 22x9 Concept One Executive RS-55's. As noted in the title, the tires are 265/30/22 Falken FK452; they don't rub AT ALL, and they provide good sidewall, so don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. They're a little noisier (as expected), but they provide a nice, steady and comfortable ride. The rims actually feel like they weigh about the same as the 20" OEM 10-spoke - As such, a performance degradation was barely noticeable, if at all.

I thought they might be too large but they look great and fit well.

Everyone will want to know the specs such as stock suspension, offset, price, where purchased, etc.

The fitment looks good but the wheels themselves look cheap. Sorry.

Stock suspension... ET +32, ordered here locally; I also have 5mm spacers all around. The entire setup was $3300, so definitely not cheap. Granted it's no HRE, or the like, but I'm one for practically when it comes to mods.

22". Wow. Looks like you got about a 1/2" of rubber wrapped around those wheels. Ouch. Where I live, I couldn't go a mile on those things without turning them into pretzels. Wishing you the best.

Looks can be deceiving, there's actually an inch and half of rubber from the rim to the tread face... That's why I was stressing the 265/30.

Yah, I was exaggerating about the 1/2". Still, in New England (Massachusetts to be precise) the potholes would be salivating at your photos. Do yourself a favor and don't plan on driving here unless you rent or bring another car.

The winters really chew up our roads and then if they do get around to repairing the potholes it's patches on top of patches and only then if a small car falls in and blocks the road. After that, if they decide to do a complete resurface, invariably they tear it up within 2 months to replace a drainage pipe or something leaving more poorly done patches. (There must be a law that prohibits the highway depts. from replacing pipes until new repaving is completed).

My (lousy) experience around here is telling me to go with the 18" wheel sport pkg. when I order my 2013 A6 (as much as I would like to go larger). I've had many a bent wheel under my belt and my guts just can't take the bruising any more.
