Just got an update from my dealer, Barrier Audi, Bellevue. They had an expert come in that is familiar with the material of the clear acrylic and repairs. Apparently it came out fantastic with no scratches to be seen. I look forward to verifying that's the case when I pick it up. I also had them fix a swelling of the driver's seat, so they're still working on that. So far, while the product has had some minor failings in my opinion, this is really showing me big time how responsive supportive this dealer is. When I get it back, I'll post pics.
