ive been reading in a few places recently that these cars might be getting the twin or bi tdi. If so they would have 310 hp with 480 lbs/ft of torque. I wouldnt mind trading my gasoline powered A7 for that

You're not going to see that motor in the US. It's 240 hp / 409 torque for the TDI. That will be quite a nice motor.
The 2.0T with 211/258 is very nice already in the Quattro A6.
The TDI should be quite awesome with the 240/409 spec motor.
