This weekend I noticed that bluetooth streaming from my Samsung Galaxy S3 now sends track info to the MMI. My MMI version is the original 2012 that came with my car. Both Rhapsody streams and Google Music App streams through bluetooth suddenly starting showing the Artist, Title, Album info in the MMI. I believe that what changed was an update to my S3 to Android Version 4.3. I also know that Rhapsody changed their stream format in March, so maybe this was the fix. I always missed not having this functionality and am thrilled it now works.

I think that Samsung's Milk may also work with sending metadata. i've had no luck with pandora or slacker, however.
