My dealer set my email address with Audi and T-Mobile when I purchased my A7 last February. When I attempt to login, it responds that my email is not registered. So I registered again. Still, not recognized. I called Audi and the lady confirmed that my correct email address was registered with Audi and T-Mobile. She asked if I would give her my password so that she could attempt to login. I gave it to her and she couldn't get the login screen to recognize the email address either. She said that she would seek advise and call me back.
The next day, I had a voice mail from her saying the there is a problem with Audi Connect, Audi is aware of it, Audi doesn't understand it, and Audi has no estimation of when it will be corrected. Has anyone else had a problem? Thanks in advance.

T-Mobile dedicated Audi support
To reach T-Mobile customer support, call (877) 505-2834 and select option 1.
You can also check your Audi T-Mobile account online if you can log in:
https://www.myconnectedservices.com
Also make sure your Audi Connect settings in the MMI haven't changed:
APN: M2M.T-MOBILE.COM (User ID and PW fields blank)
If you are talking about My Audi online registration and registered there a second time with the same email address, that may be your problem. Once a My Audi email is used and an account deleted, you can never use it again if you re-register. I found that out the hard way and had to delete the account again and create a new account again with another email address just for My Audi online.
If that's where you're having the issue, try deleting the account and re-register with a different email address.

Thanks for the quick reply Snagitseven! The link that you provided for T-Mobile https://www.myconnectedservices.com goes to a website entitled "T-Mobile Audi connect", so I hope that I am correct in saying that I cannot connect with Audi Connect.
I tried your advice and created a new account with a different email address. When I finished, it said that I would soon receive an email with further instructions. It's been six hours and no email. Years ago, I contacted a software company and informed them that I had never received any of the emails they claimed to have sent, and that unless their emails included "Viagra", "Cialis", or a few other choice words in the subject line, their emails should have come through. It turned out that none of their customer with the same email extension as mine (the local phone company at the time) were receiving any of their emails either. Apparently, the phone company had deemed them a spammer and everything that came through them from this sender, they blocked without informing the sender.
This week, I'll call T-Mobile and try to set up an account with a different email extension. Wish me luck.
